You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued because of your use of the service.
You may cancel your Mobolize Service at any time by unsubscribing to the Mobolize Service from the main screen of the app.
You have a simple, self-serve way to cancel your account within the application.
Mobolize may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms of Service.
The company reserves the right to share your information with law enforcement if they believe you have violated the terms.
