Even if Medal is at fault, the most you can ever recover in damages is 100 Euros.

If Medal gets sued because of something you did, you are responsible for paying their legal bills and any damages they owe.
We will inform you of any changes with at least 30 days' advance notice to the email associated with your account.
Medal promises to give you a month's notice before raising the price of your subscription.
