By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering the contest, you grant the company a free license to use your name and image for their marketing.

Section 11 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of state of Delaware.

Any legal disputes must be resolved under the laws of Delaware, regardless of where you live.
