What the terms actually say

Section 11 — Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 10 — Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

You must resolve all legal disputes in North Carolina, regardless of where you live.
