We may change this Agreement at any time and without any notice to you.

Section 6 — Submissions

you hereby grant to Krush Media and its subsidiaries a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers), royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license, without compensation to you

You give the company a permanent, global right to use, modify, and share anything you post, which they can keep using forever.

Section 13 — Termination

We may, at any time and for any reason, terminate your access to or use of: (a) the Site, (b) your user name and password or (c) any files or information associated with your user name and password. ... You agree that any termination of your access to or use of the Site may be effected without prior notice

The company can ban you or delete your account and all your data at any time for any reason without warning.

Section 12 — Indemnity

you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company Entities, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Site

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills and damages.

Section 14 — Governing Law

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Santa Clara County, California

Any legal disputes must be handled in California, which may be inconvenient or expensive for you.
