You are financially responsible for Kahoot!'s legal defense if your content or account activity leads to a third-party lawsuit.
Kahoot! may terminate the Agreement or suspend your access to the Kahoot! Service at any time
Kahoot! reserves the right to cut off your access to the service whenever they choose.
Kahoot! will delete all User Content from your account upon termination of the Agreement
Kahoot! provides a clear commitment to remove your data when you terminate your account.
If there is a material change to these Terms, we will notify you either by email to your registered email account, in-App or in-Service notifications
The company commits to providing notice before making significant changes to the agreement.
