What the terms actually say

Section 4.2 — Your content

By submitting material to us, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive worldwide licence to use, copy, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from...

You grant the company a permanent, irrevocable license to use your content in any way they see fit, which survives account deletion.

Section 6.1 — Suspending or terminating

We may suspend, terminate or prevent your registration at our sole discretion.

The company reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Section 5.3.1 — Ending the Subscription

Except as set out elsewhere in these Terms, or at our discretion, there are no refunds for unused parts of your Subscription if you cancel the Subscription more than 14 days after the start date.

After the first 14 days, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining time on your subscription.

Section 4.1 — Prices and Payment

We will always tell you in advance of any increase in the price of your Subscription

The company promises to provide advance notice before raising subscription prices.
