What the terms actually say

Dispute Resolution

In event Parties fail to settle within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to sole Arbitrator, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

You waive your right to a jury trial and must resolve all legal disputes through private arbitration.

Jurisdiction

All the disputes will subject to the Judiciary of Lucknow Jurisdiction.

Legal disputes are restricted to a specific geographic venue, which may be inconvenient for you.

Liability

in no event shall IGP be liable to the user for any or all damages... exceeding the amount paid by the user to IGP for that specific service/product.

The company caps its financial liability to the price of the product, regardless of the actual harm caused.

Refunds

If the delivery is not executed... the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

The company maintains a strict no-refund policy for perishable goods, even if delivery is unsuccessful.

Modifications

Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice.

The company reserves the right to alter terms and pricing without providing advance notice to the user.
