Arbitration

the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Housing.com. Decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use their chosen arbitrator, and the decision is final.

Amendment to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to you.
