You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates and licensors, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses.
You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued because of your use of the service.
SUBSCRIBER HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST ELFSIGHT ARISING OUT OF SUBSCRIBER’S PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You are waiving your right to sue the company for issues related to your use of their service.
We will not (a) disclose Your Content to any government or third party or (b) subject to Section 3.3; except in each case as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body.
The company will share your data with the government if they receive a legal order.
