What the terms actually say

Section 1 — Introduction

The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.

The company can change the terms of service at any time without notifying you.

Section 2.A — Your Account

We may at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, invalidate the username and/or password without giving any reason or prior notice.

Daraz can terminate your account access at any time for any reason without notice.

Section 2.L — Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Daraz... from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees.

You must pay for the company's legal costs if they are sued because of your actions.

Section 3.B — The Contract

You may cancel your order at no cost any time before the item is dispatched to you.

You have a clear, free window to cancel orders before they ship.

Section 2.T — Governing Law

You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

All legal disputes must be handled in Karachi, Pakistan.
