What the terms actually say

Section 10 — Dispute Resolution

Any and all Disputes... shall be subject to individual binding arbitration. ... you and AJC Network agree that all Disputes... will be arbitrated individually, and that there will be no class, collective, coordinated representative, or consolidated actions in arbitration.

You waive your right to sue in court or participate in a class action lawsuit.

Section 2(A)(iii) — License to AJC Network

You hereby grant AJC Network, the non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and royalty-free license to... use, copy, record, distribute, reproduce, sublicense... any Submissions posted by you... for any purpose whatsoever.

The company can use, sell, or modify your content forever without paying you.

Section 13 — Update to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

The company can change the terms at any time without telling you.

Section 14(F) — Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Disclose any information obtained by AJC Network to comply with law enforcement requests or legal requirements in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The company may share your data with government authorities.

Section 3(A)(i) — AI Training

You agree that you will not... use the Content... for the development of any software program, model, algorithm, or generative AI tool including, but not limited to, training or using the Content in connection with the development or operation of a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system.

The company restricts your use of content for AI, while reserving rights to use your submissions for its own AI development.
