What the terms actually say

Section 4 — Binding Arbitration

you and Activision agree to submit all Disputes between us to individual, binding arbitration.

You are prohibited from suing the company in court or participating in class action lawsuits.

Section 8 — User Generated Content

you automatically grant... Activision a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use... such UGC

The company owns a permanent license to anything you create or post, which survives even if you delete your account.

Section 14 — Termination

ACTIVISION MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU

The company can ban you or delete your account at any time without giving you a reason or prior warning.

Section 22 — Changes to the Agreement

Activision reserves the right... to change... any of the terms... at any time, effective with or without prior notice

The company can unilaterally change the terms of your contract without notifying you.

Section 12 — Consent to Monitor

Activision may... disclose your Internet Protocol (IP) address(es), personal information, chat logs, and other information

The company reserves the right to share your private communications and data with third parties.

Section 4 — 30 Day Right to Opt Out

You have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration agreement... by sending written notice... within 30 days of purchasing the Product

You have a limited window to opt out of the forced arbitration clause by sending an email.
