3M reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without providing direct notice to the user.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

3M reserves a perpetual right to use, in any manner whatsoever, and without compensation or attribution, any content or information submitted via the Site.

3M claims a permanent, royalty-free license to use anything you submit to the site.

Section 5 — Prohibited Conduct

When legally required or at 3M’s discretion, 3M will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity

3M may share your data with law enforcement whenever they decide to, not just when legally required.

Section 9 — Limitation of Liability

3M’s liability shall in no event exceed in the aggregate the amount of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00)

The company limits its total financial liability to you to $100.
