Section IX(a) — Mandatory Arbitration

YOU AND UBIQUITI ... AGREE TO ARBITRATION ... AS THE EXCLUSIVE FORM OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You are forced into private arbitration and waive your right to a jury trial.

Section III(b) — User Submissions

You hereby grant to Ubiquiti ... the worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free ... right to copy, reproduce ... any User Submissions

Ubiquiti claims a permanent, irrevocable license to use your content for any purpose.

Section IV(d) — Modifications

UBIQUITI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE SERVICES WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

The company can change the terms or discontinue services without telling you.

Section XII(f) — Statute of Limitations

any claim or cause of action ... must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

You must bring any legal claim within one year or lose the right to sue forever.

Section VI(a) — Term and Termination

You may discontinue Your participation in and access to the Services at any time.

You are free to stop using the service whenever you want.
