Fool's Rules (Incorporated)

By subscribing to, and using the Service you are agreeing to abide by these Terms as well as the Fool's Rules INCLUDING THE BINDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DETAILED IN SECTION 13 OF THE FOOL’S RULES.

You are contractually bound to resolve disputes through private arbitration and cannot participate in class action lawsuits.

Yearly Subscriptions

You may cancel your Options subscription at any time, however, there are NO REFUNDS.

All sales are final; you may stop future billing, but you will not be refunded for the current term.

Motley Fool Options Membership Fee

Unless otherwise explicitly noted at the time of ordering, your membership will automatically renew until you notify us of your decision to terminate your membership YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR ELECTRONIC AUTHORIZATION FOR FUTURE CHARGES AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE UNLESS YOU CANCEL.

Your subscription will auto-renew and charge your card on file unless you manually cancel.

Motley Fool Options

From time to time, we may change the features, offerings, and Premium Services included in your Motley Fool Options membership but we will provide you with advance notice of any material changes.

The company promises to inform you before they change the service features.
