What the terms actually say

Section 6 — User Content

By submitting User Content, you: grant to SBS a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, copy, communicate, redistribute or adapt the User Content

You grant SBS a permanent, worldwide right to use your content for free, which they can also sublicense to others.

Section 8 — Termination

SBS has the right to suspend, and/or terminate your access to any part of the Services, for any reason... or may prevent your use of the Services with or without notice to you.

SBS can terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without giving you prior notice.

Introductory Terms

SBS may amend the Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice.

The company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without informing you.

Section 6 — User Content

SBS reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction regarding material which may breach any law

SBS will share your identity and information with law enforcement if they believe you have breached the law.

Section 2 — SBS Account

If you would like to delete your SBS account, you can do this by selecting “Delete Account” in your SBS account settings in My Account.

You have a self-serve, one-click option to delete your account and data.
