ARBITRATION CLAUSE & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES... WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION... AND YOU AND WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY.

You are prohibited from taking the company to court and must use private arbitration instead.

Limitations on PayPal's Liability

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, PAYPAL'S LIABILITY TO YOU... WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO $500.00.

Even if the company causes you significant harm, they have capped their total financial liability to you at $500.

Ending your Relationship with PayPal

Email [email protected] to cancel your account.

You cannot cancel your account through a simple settings toggle; you must manually email the company.

Amendments to this Agreement

By continuing to use the Service after any changes to this Agreement are posted on the Website, you agree to be bound by those changes.

The company can update these terms at any time without sending you a direct notification.

Rules for Posting Content

By submitting User Content to us, you represent that you have all necessary rights and hereby grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable... license to use, reproduce, distribute... your User Content.

If you post content, you grant the company a permanent, global right to use it for any business purpose.
