What the terms actually say

Section 2.8 — User Content License

by submitting User Generated Content on any Service... you consent to Opera’s unrestricted use of those items.

By posting content, you grant Opera an unlimited, perpetual license to use your work for any purpose they choose.

Section 6 — Modification of Terms

Opera reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services... with or without notice.

Opera can change or stop providing services at any time without notifying you.

Section 13 — Responsibility for Changes

It is your responsibility to remain informed of any changes, because you are legally obligated to abide by the latest versions of these General Terms

You are responsible for checking the terms regularly, as you are bound by any updates even if you are not notified.

Section 9.3 — Liability Disclaimer

In no event shall Opera and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages

Opera disclaims all liability for damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Section 11 — Governing Law

All actions or proceedings arising under or related to these General Terms must be brought in the Oslo City Court

You must resolve all legal disputes in Oslo, Norway, regardless of where you live.

Opera Account Service — Section 3

You may delete your Opera Account at any time.

You have the right to delete your account and associated data whenever you choose.
