What the terms actually say

Section 1.2

We may add, delete or amend parts of this User Agreement at our sole discretion and at any time without prior notice to you.

The company reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without notifying you.

Section 1.4

We may at any time terminate this User Agreement at any time if, in our sole discretion, we believe that you may have breached... for any reason or no reason...

Mixcloud can terminate your account at their sole discretion without cause.

Section 10.4

YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF MIXCLOUD TO YOU HEREUNDER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT MIXCLOUD HAS PAID TO YOU HEREUNDER... OR, IF GREATER, GBP100.

The company limits its total financial liability to you to a maximum of £100.

Section 8.5

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and keep Mixcloud... fully and effectively indemnified with respect to any and all costs... including attorneys’ fees.

You are responsible for paying the company's legal costs if they are sued due to your use of the platform.

Section 6.2

You shall retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However... you hereby grant Mixcloud... a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license...

You own your content, but you grant Mixcloud a broad, perpetual license to use it for their own purposes.
