LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall MediaTek's aggregate liability exceed $5.00.

No matter how much damage MediaTek causes, total liability is capped at five dollars.

USER SUBMISSIONS

you hereby grant MediaTek and its designees an unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute the Submissions

Anything you submit is licensed to MediaTek forever and they may use it for any purpose without paying you.

MediaTek can cut off your access at any time based on its own judgment of breach, with no notice or appeal.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

You agree to indemnify and hold MediaTek and its affiliates harmless from all damages and liability that arise out of or in connection with your violation of export laws.

If you violate export laws, you must cover all of MediaTek's resulting legal costs and damages.

USER SUBMISSIONS
