Section 12 — Legal Disputes

You hereby agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, which means that you waive any right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury, and that you waive your right to participate in class actions...

You grant the company a permanent, irrevocable license to use your content for any purpose, even after you stop using the service.

Section 13 — Statute of Limitations

any claim or cause of action... must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

You must bring any legal claim against the company within one year, or you lose the right to sue forever.

Section 4 — Information Sharing

The Company reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action...

Section 8 — Termination of Agreement

You may discontinue your use of the Sites at any time without informing us.

You are free to stop using the service whenever you want without needing to notify the company.
