What the terms actually say

Section 15 — Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive: Jury trial, Class actions.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes through private arbitration and are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits.

Section 13 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason.

The company can terminate your account at any time for any reason without providing prior notice.

Section 11 — Limitation of Liability

HEAVY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

The company limits its total financial liability to you to a maximum of $100.

Section 6 — User-Generated Content

You grant Heavy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content

You grant the company a permanent, royalty-free license to use your content that survives account termination.

Section 12 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heavy and its affiliates from any claims arising from: Your use of the Services

You are required to pay the company's legal costs and damages if they are sued due to your use of the service.

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. All disputes shall be resolved in Nevada courts.

Legal disputes must be handled in Nevada, which may be inconvenient depending on your location.
