Section 1.3 — Agreement Changes

Encyclopedia.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change any or all of the provisions of this Agreement at any time.

The company can modify the terms of service whenever they want without providing you with any notice.

Section 3.2 — Data Sharing

Encyclopedia.com may also distribute such data in forms that identify you individually or reveal your identity to affiliates, partners and to third parties with a contractual relationship with Encyclopedia.com.

The company explicitly reserves the right to share your personally identifiable information with third-party partners and affiliates.

Section 5 — Indemnification

you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Encyclopedia.com ... from and against all claims, liability, and expenses, including attorneys' fees

You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued due to your use of the service.

Section 9 — Governing Law

You expressly consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the Courts of the State of Illinois

Any legal disputes must be handled in Illinois, which may be inconvenient depending on your location.
