POSTING USER GENERATED CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE

You hereby grant CN.COM a worldwide, royalty-free, freely transferable, freely sublicensable... non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display... and create derivative works of the User Generated Content.

You grant the company broad, permanent rights to use and modify anything you post, which they can also pass on to third parties.

MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS

CN.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time and at its sole discretion.

The company can change the terms whenever they want without any obligation to inform you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CN.COM... from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees).

You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued because of your use of the site.
